• Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, Reflexologists, 
• Holistic Spas, Gyms & Wellness Centers 
•  Wellness Product Lines. 
• (Therapists may set up an 8’x 8’ EZ if reserving an  8’x 8’ booth )

• Please choose a speaker package on application if you are interested in speaking at the Expo
• Speaker Forums/Workshops are 40 mins long. (We recommend a 25 min presentation with 15 min  Q&A)

• You will be notified via email if accepted into the WOW EXPO. 
• You will receive a separate SQUARE invoice from PLS Ventures LLC for your

                   booth /speaker fee. You will have (5) business days to pay this invoice. 

• Once your payment is received, you will receive an email with 

                   your WOW EXPO booth number, map, move-in/break down info, speaker time slot and location (if applicable) &  promo material.  

WOWellness Pavilion  :             6x6 booth $225. * /   8x8 booth $250*     (8x8 EZ Up's are permitted in this booth size)     

WOW Food Court:                     4x6 booth $175 *   Double booth (6x8)  $250*

Mother Earth Mktplace:           8x8 booth $250.*

• All vendors  must provide their own tables and table coverings. Tablecloths must go to the floor. Banners are encouraged for the front of your booth.
• Vendor bags provided to customers, for their purchases, must be paper or fabric. Plastic bags are not permitted.
• Any vendor or practitioner signing up to speak must list a second person & their cell # on their application that will watch their table during their workshop/speaker slot.
